Introducing one of our Riga strengths – Aleksandrs Kudrins
Aleksandrs is working as a Technical Architect specializing in applications, integrations and reporting development in the scope of Oracle technology stack. Aleksandrs has been working in Attido for the last 9 years – since Riga office was established. Back in the days, it was all about E-Business Suite ERP. Attido did plenty of implementations, upgrades and integrations projects.
Nowadays it´s more about moving towards to cloud. This direction has opened new growth possibilities, competence area improvements and projects which motivates Aleksandrs in his career.
Aleksandrs is a technical resource in day to day supporting and project duties and helps to solve technical issues. He is a valuable support to functional consultants when technical solutions and system improvement are required.
I am very grateful to Attido, which supports my professional development and offers educational possibilities which sometimes over exceed my expectations
Last year Aleksandrs visited Las Vegas to participate in the biggest NetSuite conference, Oracle Europe Open World held in London and had also NetSuite training in Madrid. This was, according to Aleksandrs, an awesome experience which helped him become a solid professional with modern Cloud and integrations business. In addition, Aleksandrs gained valuable self-leadership as well as project leadership experience.
ATTIDO IS GREAT WORKPLACE FROM MULTIPLE ASPECTS
Attido has a low bureaucracy – employees are given freedom and responsibility without micromanagement. Attido management understands the importance of high performance technical equipment and most important; Attido has great colleagues and Aleksandrs feels that it´s always a pleasure to work with them.
Most of Aleksandrs free time he spends with family, doing sport and learning technologies for further professional growth. One of Aleksandrs biggest passion for many years is skiing. He has seen some very beautiful places when practising skiing such as France, Austria Alps and Slovakia Tatry.
