Environment – thoughtful everyday choices

In professional services, environmental responsibility is reflected in areas such as equipment use, purchasing and travel. We guide our people to conserve energy and materials and to recycle equipment appropriately.

We use digital ways of working and remote meetings whenever appropriate. Our aim is to reduce unnecessary consumption and travel.

  • Equipment lifecycle: we take retired equipment and electronics to appropriate collection points.
  • Use of materials: we favour digital documents and reduce unnecessary printing.
  • Energy use: we use power-saving settings and avoid leaving equipment on unnecessarily.
  • Travel: we assess the need to travel and use remote meetings when suitable.

People – respect and working together

Our people make Attido what it is. We want a workplace where everyone is treated with respect, can share their expertise and learn new things. Different backgrounds and perspectives strengthen our work together.

We value curiosity, sharing knowledge and a willingness to help. No one needs to know everything when they are surrounded by skilled colleagues. We learn from one another and from our customers.

Responsibility also shapes how we engage with our customers and partners. We listen, communicate openly and build collaboration on trust.

Good governance – the foundation of trust

Trust grows through consistent actions. Shared principles guide our work and collaboration. We agree on responsibilities clearly and keep our promises.

We want people to be able to raise concerns and have them addressed. Open discussion and the ability to report suspected misconduct are part of responsible business practices.

United Nations Global Compact

Attido is committed to supporting and advancing the principles of the United Nations Global Compact. This commitment is set out in our Code of Conduct and covers four areas of responsibility:

  • Human rights: we support and respect internationally recognised human rights.
  • Labour rights: we respect freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining, and oppose forced labour, child labour and discrimination.
  • Environment: we promote environmental responsibility and environmentally friendly technologies, and support a precautionary approach to environmental challenges.
  • Anti-corruption: we oppose corruption in all its forms, including extortion and bribery.

Attido Code of Conduct

Our Code of Conduct sets out shared ethical principles for employees, contractors and partners. It guides respectful and inclusive working practices, the handling of confidential information, the prevention of conflicts of interest and anti-corruption. It also explains how to report suspected misconduct.
