A new solution or a transformation of your existing environment

Successful change is visible in everyday work: processes run smoothly, data flows correctly and the new solution supports users. A successful implementation is a joint effort between Attido and the customer.

Attido brings Oracle expertise to the project and is responsible for the agreed delivery. The customer’s business experts and key users participate in defining requirements, evaluating solutions and acceptance testing. Roles, decision-making and the contribution required from both parties are agreed together at the start of the project.

We help implement new Oracle solutions, modernise existing environments and deliver agreed extensions. Delivery can be phased or focus on a clearly defined scope. Business goals, the current environment and the prerequisites for change form the starting point.

Building a solution that works, together

Processes and users

We describe the target ways of working and agree on decision-making responsibilities. User participation, guidance and training are planned as part of the change.

Solution and integrations

We design the agreed solution, configuration and necessary extensions. Connections to other systems are considered as part of the overall solution.

Data and testing

We prepare data migration and quality assurance in collaboration with data owners. Testing is planned together. During acceptance testing, the customer’s key users confirm that the solution supports the agreed business scenarios.

Go-live and continuity

We agree on the prerequisites for moving to production and the responsibilities for support and maintenance. Post-go-live support and documentation are planned as part of the project.

Clear phases and shared decision points

1. Goals and scope

We clarify the project’s goals, scope, responsibilities and success criteria. We identify dependencies on other development activities.

2. Solution design

We bring processes, technical implementation, data and integrations together into a deliverable solution.

3. Implementation and testing

We build and test the agreed components. We make deviations and change requirements visible so their impact can be addressed in time.

4. A controlled go-live

Together, we confirm approvals, user readiness and the plan for moving to production.

5. Stabilisation and transition to ongoing services

We support the initial use of the solution and transfer the necessary knowledge to maintenance. We bring the next development needs together for joint review.

Keeping responsibilities and changes visible

The responsibilities of Attido, the customer and any other suppliers are agreed before implementation. The customer is responsible for business decisions and approvals; Attido’s implementation and coordination responsibilities are defined according to the project scope.

Joint monitoring covers progress, open decisions, risks and change requirements. Changes to scope are reviewed together, including their schedule and cost implications. This ensures that project status is assessed beyond technical completion alone.

Go-live is not the end of the collaboration

Documentation, support practices and knowledge transfer are built into the project. After go-live, the agreed maintenance services support reliability, while continuous improvement helps you get more from the solution as your business evolves.
