Attido’s customer satisfaction is on a strong upward trend.

We conducted a comprehensive annual customer satisfaction survey with Attido in November-December. A total of 60 individuals from 13 of our client companies participated in the survey.

Based on the survey, our customer satisfaction increased compared to the previous year, and our Net Promoter Score (NPS) for 2024 is 35. In nearly all the client companies that responded, satisfaction with our services had risen from the previous year. During 2024, we focused particularly on development areas identified earlier, such as siloed skills, communication, and service delivery development. Customer satisfaction in these areas had systematically improved, and these topics no longer emerged as significant areas for improvement in the 2024 results.

Our customers see Attido’s strengths particularly in deep expertise in Oracle technologies, our service-oriented attitude, and our collaboration with clients. We will continue to focus on these areas, as they are precisely what we want to be known for among our customers.

Regarding areas for improvement, the survey highlighted proactivity and better understanding of customer needs and business operations. We have already incorporated these areas into our 2025 strategy, and our customers will see several initiatives related to these themes throughout 2025.
